Adventuresome Tours
There’s a fish with your name on it in Fajardo and Adventuresome Tours will help you catch it! With Captain Joseph at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Species like Cero Mackerel, Great Barracuda, Amberjack, Mutton Snapper, Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Lobster, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Tarpon, Hogfish, Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna, and more inhabit these waters, depending on when you go. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board.
You’ll be dropping lines from Galilee, a 31’ Contender walkaround with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Adventuresome Tours!
