An epic adventure awaits in the Deep Gulf.  Make some memories in Santa Rosa Beach and go fishing with Deep Charters. With Captain Jon at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.

These waters are known for Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Red Snapper, Blue Marlin, Vermilion Snapper, Sailfish, Cobia, Swordfish, Tarpon, White Marlin, Scamp Grouper, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using Shimano tackle on custom rods. Deep Charters runs the best tackle available and is kept in top shape. Captain Jon can also have you kite fishing for Pelagics.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! We have all different size life vests on board.  Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to keep up those energy levels!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 38' Fountain center console powered by triple Mercury 350's that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, radar, FLIR, liferaft, and all safety equipment needed for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels. We utilize many different methods including live bait and lures.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and snacks.  We will have plenty of ice on board and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, we will have a cooler iced for your convenience. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
