Wack’em Fishing Safaris is a fishing safari company operating out of South Africa. We have a variety of destinations across Southern Africa that have been tried and tested. From Tiger fishing on the Zambezi to Marlin fishing on the tropical East coast of Africa. We have packages for the avid fishermen, 8 days on a catamaran in the warm Mozambican current fishing shallow reefs and deep drop offs. Then there is trips with half day fishing and spending the afternoon around the pool or on the beach.

The tiger fishing on the Zambezi with a two day stop over at the majestic Victoria Falls and another two days game viewing in the world famous Chobe National Park is one of our most sought after as it is ideal for families or groups including ladies or children. Seeing elephant is almost a guarantee as the herds move through town (Kasane) to come and drink and often swim in the river. This trip also includes a sunset cruise which has been voted the best game viewing experience in Africa for seven years running.

All the countries and destinations we use are safe, this is our first priority. We have not yet had a single problem on any of our trips with international clients. We hand pick our destinations so that you can have a enjoyable successful fishing trip in Africa.
The trips we do are
Madagascar:  Game fishing including Marlin and Sailfish
Mozambique: Game fishing, of the best in the world.
Angola: Tarpon fishing
Namibia: Tiger fishing
Seychelles: excellent game fishing, perfect for the fly fishing enthusiast.

Groups are normally 4-6 people depending on the destination and boats available at the respective destinations. For groups of 8 an additional boat can be chartered.

I've been fishing my whole life, at the age of 40 I decided to change careers and start doing what I love for a living, I have never looked back. Southern Africa has some of the best fishing areas in the world and we use only the best fishing spots that deliver time after time. From marlin fishing to the top freshwater predator the tiger fish. The areas we fish are safe and politically very stable, we have to date not had an incident of any kind whilst running our charters in Southern Africa.

Great holiday! Food, catering, accommodation and staff were outstanding! Caught some beautiful fish and the skipper was extremely friendly and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a true African experience and hospitality I would definitely recommend this trip!

This two week fishing trip was great in South-Africa 4-18.1.2016. Best in the trip was ocean sea fishing period, because during the lake fishing, days were very hot and lakes was not a lot of water and the fishes were very sensitive. Seafishing was great because of very good weather and we catched very much big mahi-mahis, tunas, sharks and wahoos. We had only unlucky with marlins because we had many hits but we did not get any close to the boat. Overall I recommend to go for this trip because of so many contacts to marlins and also you can get much other big fish species that is enough for most fishermen.
