Make the most of your time in Punta Cana and go fishing with Dolly.
Great Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Red Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Cubera Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Yellowtail Amberjack, Wahoo, Amberjack, and more are in the cards, depending on the time of year. On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
Young ones are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Capt. Julio Cesar will bring you aboard a 36' Stephen Decker sportfishing vessel with space for 10 passengers. It has a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Julio Cesar will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Don't forget to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Water was a bit rough for us inexperienced but the captain and crew handled the boat and the fish with ease. Caught 14 fish in total with 2 triple headers. Was a super fun morning.

While we only caught one mahi, the crew was very accommodating and responsive to our situation. While out less than 1 hour, 2 members of our crew got sick and we had to return to the marina. They we are to get on dry land and the crew arrange for transportation of the 2 members back to the hotel and was willing to take the rest of back out to finish out fishing trip. The crew constantly made sure we were taken care of.

It was quite an adventure! Family friendly and helpful! Beautiful boat, great guys running the rigs, eager to fish and bring in the big catch. Fast crew to set the fish and hand you the pole to reel in the catch! I'm sure you can do more if you prefer :) Knowledgeable and attentive Captain and crew even on some high seas…for a mainlander :) I would schedule again certainly! Beautiful Mahi Mahi! They skinned, filleted and bagged in ice. I personally cooked it and it is delicious :) Still cooking and eating the catch! Thank you Eli and Crew!

First time using Fishing Booker, won't be the last. Captain Eli and his first mate were great with my two boys (age 11 & 9). Came up just short on a Marlin but captain set us on some Mahi instead. The boys reeled in 5 Mahi for the half day (4 hour) tour. We had a great day with Dolly's, these guys were true pros. Thanks again for making great memories for the boys!
