These waters are known for Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Sailfish, Bull Shark, Black Grouper, Mutton Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Bonito, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and more. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Kids are welcome!
Your boat for the day is a 29’ Center console with room for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers and all the essentials. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing!
It’s recommended to bring snacks, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but avoid hard liquor and glass bottles. Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Jed was great! The weather was not great, rain and choppy water, but he left it up to us to go. We did! And we were all very happy in the end! Jed worked hard to find us fish, we had several bites and landed one in the boat. We would book with him again and thankful for him making us feel safe.

Had a great time with the captain. Caught several red snapper Bonita’s , rammoras, Caught a 6 1/2 foot nurse shark which we petted and released. It was the thrill of a lifetime.
Learned a great deal and had a fabulous experience! Will definitely be coming back!!!

We were lucky enough to find some drift wood in the ocean and found a spot of Maui Maui got 3 keepers then we got into a Bonita frenzy 20 plus. We hooked into a Sailfish but it cut the line 5 feet from the boat. We still count that

This captain is fantastic. Simple techniques but a little twist to catch fish. It was not the same as most fishing trips. We caught alot of fish and different kinds. A big shark over 120 lbs. A sailfish around 55 to 60 lbs. Some Black Fin Tuna. Yellow tail snapper and the limit on King Mackerel. The captain does not play. He goes to work. I would use him and refer him to anyone.
