Top Notch Sportfishing – Boat 2
Make an adventure out of your next trip in Sheboygan and go fishing with Top Notch Sportfishing.
These waters are known for Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Lake Trout, and more – with any luck, you’ll hook into a few! During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Darren welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
Your day begins aboard a 37’ Tiara sportfishing yacht that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. What’s more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Capt. Darren will supply rods and reels for you, along with the hottest lures that have the best chance of catching fish!
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. A 20-25% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. There is a 2-day license available that will have the Great Lakes Trout stamp included for $14. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that’s it! Your fishing trip with Top Notch Sportfishing is just a click away.
