Book your next trip with Fishcop Charters. A veteran owned /operated business. Find out what you’re missing in Harrisville. With Captain Jeff at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide with over 30 years of fishing and operating expertise on the Great Lakes. The fishing vessel Fishcop is U.S. Coast Guard and state of Michigan licensed/inspected and fully insured.

Species like Brown Trout, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Atlantic Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Pink Salmon, Walleye, and more could be biting, depending on the season. For these species, you’re likely to troll anywhere from a mile to twenty miles offshore depending on water temperature.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 28' Carolina Classic cuddy cabin that holds up to 6 passengers along with her captain and mate. She has three traxstech downriggers, leadcores, weighted steel lines, and dypsie divers to target fish throughout the water column. Fishcop has up-to-date and modern electronics onboard. Above and beyond all required safety gear and an experienced captain and crew that can handle any situation. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with every lure imaginable.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

Before coming aboard, a State of Michigan fishing license is required for everyone over 17 years of age in your group. This information is available online, or you can ask the captain. Some essentials to bring are sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
