Make some memories in Daytona Beach and go fishing with Wildfish Adventures. I’m the proud father of two little boys(Wilder & Fisher). I decided to get my captain’s license to share the experiences I enjoy with my little boys with everybody else. I’m very experienced out of Daytona catching various species and just making a memorable trip!
Species like Mahi Mahi, Redfish, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Tripletail, Red Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Gag Grouper, Black Grouper, Goliath Grouper, Great Barracuda, and more inhabit these waters if you cast your line at the right time of year. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
You’ll be fishing aboard a 25’ Sea Hunt center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
It’s recommended to bring bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Wildfish Adventures.
