Finatic Sportfishing Charters
Based out of Ocean City, Maryland, Capt. Mark Malamphy of Finatic Sportfishing Charters has enviably direct access to the productive fishing grounds off the east coast of the United States. Offering a variety of types of trips, they give you the chance to fish for big, hard fighting fish aboard an economical vessel.
Fishing aboard a 43 ft custom built Viking Convertible boat, Finatic Sportfishing Charters can take you out to the offshore canyons 30 miles east of the Ocean City inlet, where you can find some of the hottest sport fishing action on the East Coast. The boat is powered by twin 1150 HP Caterpillar engines and can carry up to six anglers. With a depth sounder and radar by Furuno and a Northstar chart plotter, the boat has the necessary marine electronics to put you on the fish. It is also equipped with Rupp Top Gun outriggers, a live bait well, a bathroom/ head and plenty of cooler storage to let you enjoy the trip of a lifetime.
Capt. Mark targets all the game fish species in the Mid Atlantic, regularly hooking pelagic and shark species including Blue and White Marlin, various species of Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Mako Shark, Thresher Shark, and Wahoo. He uses a variety of fishing techniques, including bottom fishing, trolling, and fishing with light and heavy tackle, with the aim of hooking whatever is on your bucket list.
All the tackle and lures you will need throughout your trip are included in the price, and fishing licenses for all anglers will be provided by the captain.
