Make some memories in Santa Pola and go fishing with Alalunga Charter. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Jorge is prepared to put you on fish.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Bluefish, Bonito, Dentex, Mahi Mahi, Dusky Grouper, Leerfish, Little Tunny (False Albacore), European Seabass, Bluefin Tuna, and whatever else is biting. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Capt. Jorge runs a 20’ Robalo center console with space for 3 passengers. It has all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It’s customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. Don’t leave home without sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with Alalunga Charter!
