Antidote Fishing Charters – Stuart
Excited to go fishing in Port Salerno? That’s what Antidote Fishing Charters is here for! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Robwil can tell you all about the local fishery.
You’re likely to fish for Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Black Grouper, Sailfish, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Atlantic Mackerel, and more if conditions are right.
You can expect to do some fishing with heavy tackle, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Robwil can also show you kite fishing.
Children are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Don’t forget to bring snacks to keep ‘em happy!
You’ll be casting lines from a 27’ Sea Pro Center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It has outriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water.
Rods and reels are not covered by the charter, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat and sunglasses. There will be bottled water on offer. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
You could keep reading this, but wouldn’t you rather be fishing with Antidote Fishing Charters?
