Secluded Charters

Secluded Charters welcomes you to the stunning waters of San Pedro. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Thomas can tell you all about them.

Species like Mutton Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Lane Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Horse-eye Jack, Black Grouper, Great Barracuda, Permit, Yellowtail Snapper, Gray Triggerfish, Cubera Snapper, Jack Crevalle, and more could be biting, depending on when you go. On these trips, you can expect to bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to keep ‘em happy!

You’ll be dropping lines from a 25’ SeaCraft center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that daydream into a reality, with Secluded Charters.

The first thing we will do is try to catch some fish and after we do, at lunchtime we will head into a beach area where we will be cooking whatever we catch for lunch. After lunch, we then head to an area at the reef to do some snorkeling to end the day.
