Local species include Gag Grouper, Hogfish, Cobia, Pompano, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Spanish Mackerel, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Tripletail, and more if you cast your line at the right time of year. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Your vessel for the day is a 21’ Center console with room for 3 passengers. It has downriggers, as well as everything else you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Don’t leave home without sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
