Looking to cast a line in Lanier? Horton's Fishing Adventures is your ticket! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Josh can tell you all about them.

Spotted Bass, Striped Bass, White Bass, Black Bream, and more inhabit these waters, depending on conditions. On the day of your trip, you're likely to use light or heavy tackle.

Families making of a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks to keep up those energy levels!

You'll be welcome aboard either a 21' Ranger 520 vx bass boat with a 225 HP motor & room for 3 passengers. It has a all the essentials no fishing machine can run without! Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures.

You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's never a bad idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Lunch is provided, just reach out to learn more, especially if you have any dietary needs.
