15001 Punta Rassa Road
Fort Myers FL, United States

Captain Cam runs great fishing trips for a variety of lengths depending on your taste. He specializes in targeting Redfish, Snook, Tarpon and Seatrout and believes in the old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

Captain Cam’s boat of choice is a 24 ft Pro Line Flatback, the perfect boat for the task due to its shallow draw and surprising stability. She comes equipped with GPS, fishfinder, a fighting chair, trolling motor, live bait tank and ice box, as well as everything you will need for a variety of fishing techniques including spinning, popping, gigging, fly fishing and trolling. You will also be supplied with a choice of live bait and lures, depending on your preference.

Captain Cam is a friendly and experienced angler who is always happy to welcome both first-time fisherman (or women) and grizzled veterans of the seas alike. He believes strongly in making his trips as much fun he can and helping you land as many fish as you can, which he will clean and fillet free of charge if you choose to take them home with you.

we had an 0830 trip planed but cap. cam said it was to windy in the gulf. so it was decided to do back bay fishing and we started at noon. the boat was old and the only place to sit was on ice coolers. the first place we went was a high traffic area caught one fish in approx 2 hrs. not very knowledgable, and brags a lot.  really didn’t care about trophy fish just wanted my kids to catch some fish. this was the biggest waste of money spent on the whole trip. should had a mutiny and tossed him over board. will not recommend to anyone.

The captains knowledge of the area is top notch. However when conditions are bad and change day to day more adjustments need to be made to inshore area. The fact that we sat on several spots to long that did not produce which caused the group not to catch the amount of fish that they desired.  As a fisherman I know that tides and winds muck up areas but there are many other decisions that could have been made.  He has a lot of knowledge and I truly think conditions offshore were not conducive for fishing.
