Getaway Boat Charters - 27ft Robalo
Spend the day with Getaway Boat Charters and get hooked on fishing in the Grand Cayman! With one of our experienced captains at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Great Barracuda, Bonito, Mahi Mahi, Horse-eye Jack, Caribbean Queen Snapper, Rainbow Runner, Yellowtail Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and more if you come at the right time of year. On these trips, you can expect to troll, drift and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
You’ll be dropping lines from eithet a 27’ Robalo center console or our 32ft Boston Whaler Outrage with a capacity for 8 passengers. It has outriggers, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
A fishing license is not required in Cayman.
A few items to bring include sunblock (non-spray), towel and sunglasses. Water and sodas will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be sandwiches for you on board.
Give yourself something to look forward to and book a trip with Getaway Boat Charters!
