Grace Fishing Adventures
There’s a fish with your name on it in Galveston and Grace Fishing Adventures will help you catch it!
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Blacktip Shark, Bull Shark, Bonnethead Shark, Flounder, Ray, Hammerhead Shark, Tarpon, and whatever else takes the bait. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are also a good idea to keep up those energy levels!
You’ll be casting lines from a 24’ Boston Whaler center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that’s it! Your fishing trip with Grace Fishing Adventures is just a click away.
