If you’re here to make the most of fishing in Miami adventure, look no further than Miami Peacock Bass Fishing Charter. With Captain Richard at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

These waters are known for Peacock Bass, Clown Knife Fish, Largemouth Bass, and so much more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that everyone stays happy and energized!

You’ll be welcome aboard his 17’ Mako center console with room for four passengers. It has a fishing chairs, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Richard will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is extra; we will discuss these options after you reserve them. It’s a great idea for kids and less experienced anglers.

Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. State law, in freshwater, individuals need to purchase their own versus saltwater, which is included. The information is available online, and anyone 15 years old and under is exempt. Some species have particular limits, and there are no cleaning stations, so no cleaning is offered.

Remember to bring your favorite beverage, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Some drinks are included free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

Fishing with Richard Hernandez of Miami Peacock Bass Fishing Charters was an absolute blast. From the moment we met at the dock, Richard was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He knew every corner of the canal systems and put us right on the fish. Within minutes, we were hooking into beautiful peacock bass that fought like tanks. Richard provided excellent gear, gave helpful tips throughout the day, and really went the extra mile to make the experience memorable. We even saw some exotic wildlife along the banks, which added to the South Florida feel. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned angler, this trip is a must. Great day on the lake

Fishing with Capt. Rich for Peacock bass was a lot of fun. Capt. Rich is a friendly, personable entertaining and knowledgeable guide. Even though the weather didn’t want to cooperate at times Captain put us on fish consistently all day. When the sun came out we were on the right spot to bang 3 Peacocks on 4 casts, I think my buddy missed that 4th one 🤔 I’ve wanted to catch a Peacock bass for years and I wasn’t disappointed. We had a few doubles and even ended our day with a double, a Peacock and a big large mouth I would recommend Capt. Rich for anyone who wants to catch fish , have fun and add to their fishing knowledge
