We specialize in Striped Bass Fishing on the area lakes and rivers around the Great Smoky Mountains.
We also catch Walleye, Smallmouth, Largemouth, Catfish and numerous other freshwater species.
We can tailor a trophy fishing trip for the most experienced diehard fisherman and we also cater to Family and kid trips. Multiple boats available for larger trips just contact us for details.
We have been fishing and exploring the waterways of East Tennessee for over 50 years. We love to share our experience and love for fishing with others.
We have been featured on several national fishing shows including Hunt For Big Fish with Larry Dalburg, Featured articles in the In Fisherman magazine.

Our grandson and our son-in-law had a wonderful time. They caught so much fish. It wore them out I think. Can’t say enough good about Captain Joe and the fun they had.
If you get a chance to go fishing with this guy, treat yourself—you’ll have a wonderful time. Captain Joe really knows what he’s doing, and he will put you on the fish, the big ones.
I am sure we will be going again with him, especially looking forward to taking family who come from out of town and love to fish.

6 Hour Trip – Striped Bass on May 3, 2025 • 2 adults
Our first time fishing this lake and first time fishing for Striped Bass! Captain Joe was sensational to say the least!!!!!! He was so knowledgeable of the lake, hot spots, about the fish in general and just overall amazing! The nicest guy you will ever meet! We caught soo many fish! The first fish my wife caught was literally a 20 lb stripper! That fish was HUGE!!!!! If you are booking…. There’s no one better than Captain Joe!!!!! Thank you for the awesome experience! Can’t wait to do it again soon!!

8 Hour Trip – Extreme Trophy on October 2, 2025 • 2 adults
Joe and Todd were great! Immediately put us on some huge stripers! At one point we had 5 lines with fish on at once! It was incredible chaos! They were fun guys who really enjoy sharing their joy of fishing! 100% recommend!!

Our captain Joe was absolutely amazing knowing the area knowing what times to get out there and was very good at using his equipment. Also taught my son what he was looking for in the water by using the same equipment. We paid for six hours though it doesn’t happen for everybody, we Limited in half the time 10 out of 10 I would recommend and will be doing this again. With this group.

Joe was fantastic! He was responsive to messages and questions. He moved our time to get a better chance at a bite and he delivered! Everyone in the boat caught a fish. 4 people and 6 fish for the day. He even extended our time to make sure we all had one! Our day was amazing. He did great with our age range too. (11,15,16 and 39) I appreciate him and we all enjoyed every second of the trip!
