Aries Fleet – Aries IX 

Make the most of your time in Mazatlán and go fishing with Aries Fleet . Your guide for the day is Captain Aries, so you’ll benefit from years of professional experience.

Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Bluefin Tuna, Sailfish, Wahoo, and more are in the cards if conditions are right. You’ll target your catch by trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Kids are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!

Your vessel for the day is a 36’ Sea Ray sportfishing boat that holds up to 10 passengers. It has outriggers, a fighting chair, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don’t leave home without bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
