These waters are known for giant Alligator Gar and an abundance of Texas fish species – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into several. You will utilize high end Shimano reels and the best electronics available to target these fish on both bait and lures.

Any Alligator Gar you catch will be tagged and released.

Capt. Henry is happy to have kids aboard, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks, drinks and food! Children under 13 years of age are required to wear a life jacket whenever the boat is underway.

Your adventure begins aboard a top of the line 18’ Sea Ark shallow water performance boat for 3 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures and bait.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
