These waters are known for Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, and more – with any luck, you’ll hook into a few! On the day of your trip you’re likely to drift and bottom fish using light tackle.

Families making of a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 22’ Xpress center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It’s recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
