Georgia Wild Trout is here to give you a personal experience on the wild waters of Cumming.
The stunning scenery here includes backcountry waters, including some spots that only the locals know about.
Around here it's common to go fly fishing, and that's exactly what you'll do. Richard will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. These waters are known for Brook Trout, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some.
Up to 12 anglers can join these excursions. You'll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so be sure to dress for current weather conditions and bring only as much as you can carry.
Don't hesitate to send Richard a message below with any questions you have, including where to meet on the day of your trip.
Be sure to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group ahead of time. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Plan to dress in layers and appropriate footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and bottled water, no matter the weather.
Georgia Wild Trout is ready to take you out on the water. Time to make it happen!
