Located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, All In Charters offer you the chance to get a taste of the large variety of species in Chesapeake Bay and beyond. With Captain Richard Buscher at the helm, you can choose to fish the Bay for Redfish and Drum, travel offshore in search of Mackerel and Mahi Mahi, or even try your hand at bowfishing in shallower waters.
You will be fishing aboard a new custom built 27 ft center console, which is perfect for exploring the local area.
Here is what you can expect to fish for, depending on the time of year you fish with All In Charters:
SPRING (May - June)
This is a great time to hook a Black or Red Drum, who will be migrating through the area at this time.
SUMMER (July - September)
There are many different species in the area, including Spadefish, Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Shark, Speckled Trout, Whiting and Croaker to name just a few!
FALL (September - November)
This is Captain Richard’s favorite time to fish in the area, as the Chesapeake Bay comes alive with trophy Red Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Striped bass, Trout, Croaker, and you can pick up a Cobia just as easy as a trophy Red Drum anywhere from 35-60lbs class on average.
WINTER (December - January)
You will mainly be fishing for big Striped Bass and Taug (Tautog).
You will be fishing with some of the best equipment on the market, with Penn Squall Level Wind reels and Contour® rods the captain’s gear of choice.

We set up at time and place to meet, boat was a beautiful sound boat, not clean and no where to sit except on gunnels. There was not any visible safety equipment except life ring on the floor of boat. Even after we said we had a non swimmer on board. We had requested flounder fishing and we set out, and fished the out going tide, we bottomed fished, and trolled after fog lifted there were many boats around. Nobody was catching. The bait was only changed once and rigs were never changed. We did stay out longer than the expected 4 hours and did catch 1 fish
