Make the most of your time in Pennsylvania and go night fishing with Let's Go Fishing Adventure. With Captain Dwayne at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
These waters are known for Hybrid Striped Bass, Walleye, Catfish, White Perch, Yellow Perch, Shad, Smallmouth Bass, and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!'
You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Don't forget to bring snacks!
You'll be dropping lines from a 18' SeaArk aluminum fishing boat that can carry up to 2 passengers. It has downriggers, and everything you need for a productive night on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is not allowed.

3 Hour Trip – Night Fishing on August 12, 2025 • 2 adultsMy son has been getting more and more into fishing and I wanted to give him a chance to fish outside of the pond in our park. I booked a night fishing trip with Captain Dwayne not really knowing what to expect. He was GREAT! Such a kind person. He planned a lovely evening with a few different spots in mind for us to try. He took care of everything and made us feel right at home. We caught a lot (nothing big enough to take home, but that's ok!) and even got a nighttime tour of the dam before heading in for the night. It's hard to impress a 13 year old these days, and my son has talked about his fishing trip and Captain Dwayne with anyone who will listen. He was even filling in his friends this morning waiting for the bus for the first day of school. Definitely the highlight of his summer! We can't wait to come back to the area and perhaps check out Mauch Chunk Lake. Thank you, Captain Dwayne!
