High Tide Tours is here to give you a personal experience on the wild waters of Sydney.

Around here you can cast a line in local waters, including some honeyholes that only a local guide can show you.

Matthew specializes in light tackle fishing, which is how you'll get acquainted with these waters. You can also do a bit of spinning, popping, jigging, and maybe more your guide wants to show you. You may need to bring your own gear for this trip or rent some for an extra fee. Contact Matthew ahead of time so you know what to expect and come prepared.

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Flathead, Goliath Grouper, Whiting, Gilt-head (Seabream), Silver Trevally, Squid, Yellowtail Amberjack, and who knows what else!

Fishing on these trips is limited to catch and release. Trips take place aboard a 7' Kayak that holds up to 2 passengers.

Be sure to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group ahead of time. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Plan to dress in layers and appropriate footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock, rain or shine.

Matthew welcomes anglers of all ages on these trips, including kids. They should always wear life vests, so find out if Matthew has the right size available or bring your own.
