Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Redfish, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and whatever else takes the bait. On these trips, you can expect to spin or even cast a popping cork using light tackle.

Young ones are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites so that everyone stays happy and energized!

You'll be fishing aboard a 23' Dargel Explorer Bay boat with space for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
