Lizy Charter Angling

Mevagissey Harbour
Mevagissey, United Kingdom

Lizy Charter Angling specializes in wreck, reef, Conger and Shark fishing from the eastern Cornish coast. Fishing from the charming fishing village of Mevagissey, just 10 miles from the Eden project, they offer a range of trips running from two hours all the way up to nine hours long.

The boat is a speedy, spacious Cygnus Cyfish that can easily allow groups of up to 12 people to fish at once thanks to her extremely spacious deck. Powered by a turbo Iveco engine, she cruises at around 14 knots, with a top speed of 20 knots. This allows her to reach the very productive fishing grounds this part of Cornwall has to offer while still giving you plenty of time to fish.

There are a variety of fishing trips on offer, with everything ranging from a short two hour Mackerel trip to a full day Shark fishing trip, as well as everything in between, with Cod, Haddock, Sea Bream, and Conger Eel all potential catches. Fishing techniques used on board include trolling and bottom fishing, and you can choose to try jigging, popping, or even handline fishing if you are looking for a challenge!

All the equipment you will need for your trip is included in the price, and the crew will even clean and fillet your catch for you at the end of the trip if you like.
