Catfish, White Bass, Crappie, Hybrid Striped Bass, and more are in the cards if you cast your line at the right time of year. On these trips, you can expect to bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

JRH Guide Service is a kid-friendly charter service, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea for a boost of energy when needed!

You'll be dropping lines from a 25' Angler Qwest pontoon boat that holds up to 10 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
