Southern Drawl Charters makes it their first priority that every single customer has a great experience aboard their boat, especially the children! They devote a lot of time and energy into making sure kids have an amazing time, teaching them about all the instruments and controls, as well as letting them steer it. This is something they will never forget!
As well as being child-friendly, Southern Drawl Charters also caters to avid anglers. The crew’s in-depth knowledge of the local waters is impressive: they fish the area very regularly and are in-tune with the best hotspots on any given day. The team has multiple tournament wins under their belts, and they use top of the line equipment aboard their vessel to make sure you are in with the best chance of catching fish.
During your trip, you will be fishing aboard a newly-restored Robalo center console that is powered by a brand new Yamaha outboard engine. Accommodating up to six passengers, the boat has plenty of room to fish, and it features a toilet so you will not need to cut your trip short to come back to the shore.
All trips come complete with the use of professional fishing equipment, bait, and lures, and the company will also provide everyone onboard with a valid fishing license. Get ready to feel the salty wind in your hair. Take a trip with a crew that will do everything in their power to provide you with a trip to remember.

VERIFIED Went fishing on August 16, 2017
We had an amazing time on the trip. The weather made us change the time of the trip and I am very glad. It was well worth the trip to Alabama.

VERIFIED Went fishing on July 25, 2017
We took a 4 hour trip out of Dauphin Island and caught a mess of Spanish Mackerel. We had a blast and we ate well for a few days. We had two 13 year old boys with us and they’ve talked non-stop about the experience.

VERIFIED Went fishing on July 19, 2017
We were on fish within 30 minutes. As a fisher woman for many years, I was thrilled we had such a knowledgable captain. This was the trip I hoped for and more. The snapper were biting like mad and we caught a 38” Sow Snapper ! My daughter had a blast and he took care of her making sure she fished safely and learned about bait, knots, lures etc. I am booking our trip for next year!
