Was expecting a long day of fishing with my two kids but they got sick. Were throwing up most of trip and captain said we could do half day trip which saved me money. Got on tuna and some mahi. We were catching more than the other boats around.  Great guys, the captain and his mate. Would definitely recommend them

Not really what we were expecting, crew was friendly but somewhat pushy and violent at times. We had screaming on board with the crew getting nervous over us trying to take an active role. Even got some yelling for touching the rods and trying to engage. Captain and mate smoked constantly without ever asking if we minded it. After the trip the captain was extremely pushy over the tip. Fishing was good and they are very good at getting you to the fish. Manners need some serious improvement though.

I am very sorry that you felt this way from fishing with us we try very hard to make sure all of are clients catch lots of fish. I know we can get excited trying to keep the rotation going perfect when the fish are biting and I’m very sorry if you felt uncomfortable while we where doing so. But the reason why we do that is yellowtail are a very line shy fish and we try to do it the best way we know so we can make sure you catch 40 yellowtail snapper in a hour like we did on this day. Now that you have addressed there was a cigarette problem from the mate we have now made a new rule no smoking on board with are clients. When it comes down to tiping I ask every client at the end of the day if they would like to leave a 15 to 20% tip for the mate on the card or they can give them cash it’s totally up to the client. The only reason we ask for the tip is some people do not know any better. But it’s the same thing as when you walk into a restaurant and tip your waitress are mates work very hard to make sure the boat is prepped and ready to fish at all times and tips are there main way of income . Again i’m very sorry how you felt on your trip please let me know if there’s anything i can do to make it up fell free to contact me thanks Mike.
