Excited to catch some fish in Fort Walton Beach? Full Bend Charters is your ticket!

The fish in these waters include Amberjack, Lane Snapper, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Gag Grouper, Red Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Snowy Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Vermilion Snapper, Red Snapper, Wahoo, Tuna and more with any luck.

Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. We are trying to to troll while on the way out and on the way in to have that chance at that Wahoo and Tuna.

Full Bend Charters is a child-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks!

Your day begins aboard a 42' Mediterranean sportfishing vessel with room for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that day dream into a reality, with Full Bend Charters.

Full Day Trip With Captain Eric
10 Hour –Trolling & Bottom Dropping on March 8, 2026
Our group had an excellent time fishing with Captain Eric and Deckhand Ron of Full Bend Charters. Great boat with plenty of room. Comfortable, clean, and roomy. Equipment was in great shape and always ready to go. We fished 100% of the time we were on a spot. Never a dull moment! The crew was accommodating and as hands on or hands off as anyone in our group wanted them to be. Captain Eric kept us on hot spots unique to this crew. No other boats in sight! Ron made sure everyone in our group was fishing and was attentive to our needs at all times. We'll be booking with Full Bend Charters every time we go out in the future! I would highly recommend them to any group, whether you're a first-time family/group of friends, or a bunch of seasoned panhandle hardheads.

March fishing trip
12 Hour –Trolling & Bottom Dropping on March 8, 2026
A bunch of my friends were turning 50, so we decided to celebrate in beautiful Destin, Florida. We chartered a boat with Eric and from the moment we got on board we felt comfortable. Eric was extremely accommodating and constantly checked on everyone to make sure we had what we needed and were having a good time. There was plenty of seating for our group, and the entire trip was relaxed and well organized. We fished in several different locations and used a variety of techniques, which made the experience even more fun. Best of all, we caught a lot of fish! I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great day on the water. Eric made the whole experience memorable and we couldn’t have asked for a better charter.
