I grew up in the Clearwater, Tampa Bay area and have fished the waters from Clearwater north to Tarpon Springs for 45 years. My earliest fishing memories are watching my father castnet for mullet in western Tampa bay near Allen's Creek back in the mid 60's. As a teenager I would wade fish the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island area just north of Clearwater. Sand Key, just south of Clearwater Beach was also a favorite place of mine to fish in the early 70's. Several of my local guide buddies weren't even born yet.

Thank you Jason!  You and Sheena were a lot of fun to fish with.

The kids ( 9 and 11 year olds) had a great time with Capt. Paul.  We hooked into some sea trout, a few cat fish, Spanish mackerel and even a snook.  The kids caught their share of fish, and Capt. Paul let the kids net the minnows from the live well too!

Thanks Will.  I would like to compliment you on your children.  They were great on the boat and very well behaved!

Captain Paul took my wife and I out on a full day trip and we had a great time.  He took us to more spots than we could count on both hands and put us on the fish over and over, even during a slow fishing time in the area.  He was also knowledgeable about the local area and shared stories during down time.  He quietly offered my wife a bathroom break mid-day and got a dolphin to swim in the boat wake, which made her day.  We both caught fish, brought home enough to cook for dinner and really enjoyed ourselves.
