You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!

You'll be fishing aboard a 20' Avid center console with room for 2 or 3 passengers, depending on kids being included. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's recommended to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and a hat. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you do need to provide your own.
