Based out of Hurricane Hole Marina, Key West, Native Guidance is your light tackle specialist for fishing the Florida Keys. Offering a diverse range of fishing options aboard their 25’ Mako boat, Native Guidance will make sure you will have a lot of fun while catching fish.

During your charter trip, you will be fishing aboard a fast center console boat that was restored in 2016. It features a complete range of new Raymarine electronics, a powerful 300 HP Yamaha engine, an icebox for your drinks, and a T-Top for shade on hot days. The boat is equipped with outriggers and downriggers for offshore fishing, but it is also ideal for family trips closer to the shore, as well as cruises around the area.

The Captain and mate will always make sure your trip will involve the style of fishing most suited to the season and weather. You may be trolling offshore for Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Wahoo, and Tuna, battling a Grouper, Mutton Snapper, or Yellowtail Snapper on light tackle, or fishing the reefs and wrecks for Permit, Cobia, Snappers, and Groupers. Whichever style of fishing you go for, the crew will be with you every step of the way to make sure your trip is one to remember.

All the tackle and bait you need will be supplied by the captain, and ice cold water will also be provided. Just come equipped with suitable clothing, sunscreen, and snacks and drinks and let the Captain and mate do the rest!

"I am a lifelong Keys waterman. I have operated commercial fishing and charter vessels for over 35 years. We like to do it "local style", lotta fun and fish! Every day is different in my office!" Captain Larry White works hard to give his customers a dream experience. He grew up in the area, spending his free time out on the water. Larry started out by catching bait in the canal by his house, making bread balls and improvising.
