Looking to go fishing out of Indian River De?! With Captain Erik at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Black Sea Bass, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, Atlantic Croaker, Tautog, Striped Bass, Black tip Shark, Sandbar Shark, Tilefish, Gray Triggerfish, Bigeye Tuna, and more could be biting if conditions are right. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Depending on the target species or within 30 miles of inlet.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea for a boost of energy when needed! Please note, food and drinks are not provided (we do always have water!) so plan accordingly on what you need to take with!
You'll be casting lines from a 27' Sea Hunt Gamefish center console with room for up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. All bait and tackle is provided.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
A few items to bring include a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Erik was a great dude and had good conversations the whole trip. We went for trigger fish which was challenging but we had bites at almost every spot snd caught 8 big ones. He also gave us a pound of pre picked crab meat that was caught locally. Also gave us an amazing crab cake recipe. I recommend this trip to anyone and it was truly awesome to have someone work so hard to keep us on fish.
Captain Erik was a great host for our fishing trip. He is very knowledgeable about the area around and what are the best methods for catching certain fish. He was also very helpful. After finishing our trip, he cleaned the fish for us to take home for dinner. We would happily recommend good company charters to anyone in the area looking for fishing trip.
Great charter from start to finish. The captain was knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to put us on fish. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Excellent communication and a great experience for everyone onboard. We’ll definitely be booking again!
Captain Erik is super friendly and makes you immediately feel welcome. Got us on fish immediately and got bites the entire time. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a charter in Delaware.
