Tiderunner Sportfishing is based out of Vancouver Marina in Richmond, British Columbia and offers Salmon fishing on the surrounding reefs and nearshore waters. With access to some of the Lower Mainlands best fishing grounds, and only 45 minutes from the Gulf Islands, they can get you on the fish in no time.

Their 26’ Hourston Glasscraft boat ‘Tiderunner’ comes powered by a 310 HP Volvo engine and a 9.9 HP Yamaha kicker motor. With a hull that has been created to give a stable ride even in larger waves, this vessel will give you an enjoyable ride, without too much rocking and pounding. Perfect for family days out, it features running water and a flushable toilet in a full-sized standup restroom.

The boat has been designed to fish different areas and in varying weather conditions and it features a heated enclosed cabin to keep you dry on rainy days. Its spacious cockpit provides plenty of space for up to six anglers to get the most out of their fishing experience, and comes fully equipped with Lowrance electronics, top of the line Scotty downriggers, high-quality custom mooching rods and reels, and a great selection of top brands of tackle.

Tiderunner Sportfishing specializes in techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, and trolling, and will be able to guide you in these methods on one of their 5, 7 or 10-hour trips. Typically you will be targeting five species of Salmon, but may also encounter Lingcod, Rock Cod, Halibut, Crab, Prawns and more. You will be provided with fishing equipment, lures, live bait, water and soft drinks, as well as cleaning and packaging of your catch at the end of the day.

captain was very informative and allowed us to be very hands on with his help, went out of his way to fillet and prepare the freshly caught fish. very hospitable and highly recommend
