Golden Dragon Fishing Company in Phuket, Thailand, offers relaxing deep sea fishing trips aboard a large and very comfortable boat. With a capacity of up to 30 persons, the boat can cater to groups of all sizes, and the friendly crew will make your occasion special, whether you are planning a family fishing trip, a celebratory outing, or a corporate event.

The “Black Marlin” is 23 meters long and 5.5 meters wide, meaning there is plenty of space inside, on the flybridge, and on deck for everyone to have a comfortable experience. With two bedrooms on board, two bathrooms, a shower, air conditioning, and a refrigerator, you will find everything you need and more for a good time. There is even a TV and karaoke for your enjoyment.

Not only are the Black Marlin’s liveaboard and relaxation facilities second to none, the boat is also fully equipped for a variety of types of fishing, as well as snorkeling. Golden Dragon Fishing Company mainly troll during their trips, and carry a range of live and artificial bait.

During your trip you will be assisted by a friendly crew, who will be on hand to teach you how to catch fish and perfect your skills. There will also be a chef on board, who will cook traditional Thai cuisine for you and let you get a taste of eating a fish you have just caught. Sashimi made of freshly-caught Tuna with wasabi and soy sauce is also on the cards for sushi lovers. All trips include soft drinks, water, lunch, and fruit at no extra cost.

You are welcome to take your catch with you at the end of the day, and most local restaurants in Phuket would gladly cook it for you. The company can also supply a photographer, who will provide great-quality shots of your trip so you can treasure your experience for years to come.

The local crew aboard is extremely experienced in local fishing techniques. The Thai captain has over 20 years' experience fishing the Andaman Sea and he is well versed in all fishing techniques, although his favorite technique is trolling.

Pagamos más que 800€ para un día de pesque. La excursión tenía incluido transporte, snorkel y comida. El coordinador nos busco en su coche, un van donde cabían 3 personas dentro y el resto del grupo tuvieron que sentarse en la parte exterior del coche y eso no era lo acordado. Cuando le comentamos que eso no era lo acordado nos comentó que el no tenía idea de que nos tenía que buscar. Una vez allí te llevan a hacer snorkel donde hay un montón de barcos anclados, un olor fuerte de petróleo y ni un pez por su puesto, ni siquiera corrales para ver. El personal del barco no hablaban ni una palabra de inglés, fue imposible comunicarnos con ellos y aclarar dudas o pedir algo. La comida guardada en malos condiciones ni siquiera en frío con el calor que hace en Tailandia. Mitad de la comida se cayó por los fuertes movimientos del barco y ni siquiera se disculparon por ello, así que hemos vuelto de la excursión con hambre sin poder hacer snorkel y ni siquiera hemos pescado un pez. Esta excursión no es recomendable y es una tomadura de pelo.
