Captain Jeremy Furtado offers enjoyable bottom fishing trips in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, every year in September and October. Although the charter service is usually located in Boston, they travel south at this time of year for the best bite of the season.
You will be fishing aboard the Poledancer, a restored Penn Yan boat that was originally used for rod and reel commercial fishing in the local area. Now fully restored for charter fishing, the boat provides a comfortable ride and has plenty of space for up to four guests.
During your trip, you will be fishing for Bluefish, Black Seabass, Tautog and Scup, and you may also hook an occasional Striper or Albee along the way. You will be anchoring on some of the captain’s secret commercial spots, and will limit out on at least Seabass and Tautog.
All the equipment, bait, and lures you will need for your trip is included in the price, and the captain will also clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip if you would like him to.
