Miss Aegina Charter Boat has been offering great fishing experience to anglers of all skill levels for over 47 years. With almost five decades of outstanding service, Miss Aegina is your number one choice for an adventure in Destin, the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.”
The Miss Aegina was built in Ocean City, Florida in 1969. She was the last true work of art by Gene Thompson, a very sought-after boat builder. The Miss Aegina is among 20 of these boats designed specifically for the water of the Gulf of Mexico. She comes powered by twin 400 HP Detroit Diesel 6V53’s engines. They are called “Screaming Jimmies” because their sound can raise fish!
The Miss Aegina has a warm and inviting atmosphere aboard. She has all the comfort of home and plenty of space for up to 15 anglers. Her v-berth has four bunk beds for those who need to take a break. Take a nap in between bites and let the ocean rock you to sleep on the way to the fishing grounds!
Aboard the Miss Aegina, the captain and his crew catch fish when others don’t. Troll and bottom fish for King Mackerel, Bonito, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Barracuda, and Sailfish, as well as Little Tunny, Red Snapper, Grouper, Cubera Snapper, Cobia, Amberjack, and Triggerfish.
All trips come inclusive with quality rods, reels, tackle, lures, and bait. You will also be provided with fishing licenses for you and your party. When you return to shore, your catch will be cleaned, ready to go straight into the frying pan.
