Excited to go fishing in St. Simons Island? Ricky Business Fishing Charters is your ticket! With Captain Ricky at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Whiting, Rays, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Black Drum, Bonnethead Shark, Bull Shark, Blacktip Shark, and more!
You can expect to do some spinning, popping, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in the area, whatever you may choose!
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You'll be casting lines from a 25' center console C-Hawk with room for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Ricky will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available depending on the trip!
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask, and your captain can tell you more.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock (non-spray), lunch, drinks of your choice, and sunglasses. Water is included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had an amazing experience with our captain! He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and had such a great personality—it felt like he was part of our crazy family from the start. He made the entire trip fun, relaxed, and memorable for everyone. We even caught sharks, which was a huge highlight for the kids! They’re already talking about coming back next year 😂. If you’re looking for a captain who knows what he’s doing and makes the experience unforgettable, he’s your guy. Highly recommend!

We booked a 3hr shark fishing trip with Captain Ricky and had a great time. His boat accommodated our family of 6 nicely and was equipped with everything we needed for the trip. Ricky was knowledgeable and personable and got us on the sharks fast. We landed several small bonnet, some black tips, and some sandbar sharks as well couple of decent rays. Certainly an experience we’ll never forget!

We have talen fishing charters before and nothing compares to this. Ricky was amazing! He was vwfy knowledgeable, great with my 14 year old, and all around a great captain. We are a family of jokesters and he laughed with us and we caught 9 sharks and several other fish. I highly recommend booking with Ricky. We will definitely be coming back to book again!

Ricky is a real pro! He knew exactly where fish were biting and how to target them. Also, his charter was affordable, safe and exceeded our expectations. We caught several species of shark, ray and even some bait fish while we waited for weather to clear up. I would recommend Ricky Buisness to anyone coming to the area.

Ricky was an amazing guide and knew all the right spots for the sharks. We caught many sharks and even a sting ray which was awesome for my 13 year old son to see. Ricky is an amazing guide and I highly recommend. Will definitely be doing another trip with Ricky when back down to visit.
