Aransas Pass has a fish with your name on it, so let Rocky Branch Outfitters help you catch it!

Depending on conditions, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Snook, Flounder, and whatever else is biting. You'll target your catch by spinning, drifting, or maybe using something more specialized for this area. Capt. Eric also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Any fish within the legal limit are yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Enjoy it later that day or pack it away to enjoy months later.

If you're traveling with the family, you'll be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available; otherwise, you should bring your own. And you can't go wrong with snacks to make sure nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

You'll be welcome aboard a 10-foot kayak that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's a good idea to ask about this beforehand so you know whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to purchase a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Now, it's time to hit the water with Rocky Branch Outfitters!

Fish On
5 Hour – Kayak Fishing Adventure on July 18, 20261 adult

Great day on the water! I only get one trip a year…and this one wasn’t wasted! I have never fished much inshore before but now I’m an expert! Just kidding but Capt Eric (technically we’re all captains on this trip) did share a lot of his knowledge as we hit many of his tried and true spots! Nobody is perfect and he was patient when I struggled but before long it was like fishing with a buddy! There’s also just the greatness of nature that is a bit more respected when you aren’t powering through it on a boat! Great Trip…and I will see you next year! Sorry no photos…I was on another line!

Response from Captain

thank you buddy and i appreciate you spending time in my little office and enjoying the beauty
