Fishing this week has been the same as the rest of May, absolutely phenomenal! Friday the 26th, I took out a husband/wife combo (he booked the trip for his wife's birthday) and despite loosing a few fish they still went 10-16 in 4.5hrs (with a 1hr run time round trip). All they needed was a brown trout for the grand slam. Saturday I decided to go chinook hunting with an old timer I fish with and right before sunset the bait showed up and so did the chinooks. We went 5-10 in just a few short hours and landed 2 chinooks, 2 lake trout and a coho. The 5 that got off were very nice chinooks. June and July are starting to fill up with trips and tournaments so don't wait to book your trip. Also this year for Salmon A Rama I will be running trips throughout the 9 day tournament. What does that mean? Every fish clients reel in, they are eligible to weigh it in and have a chance at prize money! Top prize is $25,000!!
