Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Amberjack, Cobia, Red Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Great Barracuda, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Wahoo, Snook, Gag Grouper, Sailfish, Black Seabass, and more inhabit these waters, depending on when you go.
You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Don also offers kite fishing.
Your boat for the day is a 26' Center console with space for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Capt. Don has rods and reels for you. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We went out with Captain Don last October. He took my son and I out there. As soon as the boat came off plane, we were catching fish. He caught me my stud grouper that I wanted to check off the bucket list. We also found a school of Cobia where we could’ve probably caught 30 or more. Then we caught some amber jacks and some kingfish to round out our day. It was a really awesome time!!! Can’t wait to get back out there. Captain is a true professional who can work with all age groups. Give him a call, tell him what kind of fish you want to check off your bucket list, and go out there and make it happen.
