Thanks for taking the time to look at our page!

My name is Captain Ted Gibson.  I began my professional guiding career after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire in 2009 with a Biology degree.  The fall after graduation I took a job as a guide in the Everglades National Park where I chased after Snook, Redfish, and Sea Trout.

Since that first winter in the Everglades my experiences have included being a cameraman in Africa,  Operating boats in the Gulf of Alaska, and many more!  Over the years I have been upgrading my captains license and currently hold a 100 ton Masters.

I gained my Offshore Fishing experience working for one of the largest and busiest companies in the Naples area.  I took up the offshore fishing game quickly and started catching some really nice fish!

In July 2015 I left that company and started Nauti-Gal Fishing Adventures, and in November 2015 I purchased a Intrepid 289 Open which is arguably one of the nicest charter boats in the Naples area.

Amenities on our boat include: Garmin Electronics, Penn Reels, Yeti 160 Cooler, Ice, Bottled Water, Fishing Licenses, Marine Toilet, SeaDek flooring, and more!

I pride myself in being able to cater our charters to meet your needs; whether that means catching the fish of a lifetime or catching a Grouper Dinner!

We also hold a set of NOAA Reef and Pelagic Permits that allows us to fish in federal waters beyond 9 miles offshore.  Keep in mind many people selling “Offshore Fishing” do not hold these and are not legally allowed to do charters beyond 9 miles!

Thanks again for looking at our page!

I brought 3 teenage boys and they had a blast.  We all caught some fish. Captain Ted is very knowledgeable about the fishing grounds and patient when helping out the kids.  I would recommend this trip to others.

Offshore Fishing

July 06, 2017

The last few trips we have done have been full days in the 30-40 mile range. Fishing has been great for Red Grouper and Yellowtail Snapper. There is something about getting out where the water turns blue and seeing… Read Full Report →
