, SC 29483, United States
Experience skinny water fishing at its best, with Lowcountry Lazy Charters! With more than 25 years of experience fishing these waters, Captain Shane Green has insights to share with anglers of all skill levels. Join him and fish for some of the most sought-after species in Charleston, South Carolina.
You will fish aboard an 18’ Action Craft powered by a 115 HP Mercury Optimax engine. This boat is the smaller of the company’s fleet, built for carrying passengers across shallow water where most boats cannot go. On board you will find advanced fishing technology, including fishfinder, a wireless trolling motor, and a live bait well. This craft is perfect for a small group of Anglers who want a more specialized fishing experience.
Thanks to the boat’s shallow water capabilities, you can target fish in small shallow creeks, or take a chance on the saltwater flats for tailing Redfish and bottom-dwelling Flounder. Fishing the flats and creeks gives you a chance to witness fishing like never before. In these waters you can see what’s happening below the surface, with an up close view from the moment you cast your line to the instant the fish bites!
Lowcountry Lazy Charters provides a fishing license and Penn fishing gear. You can fish aboard this boat in several different locations, including Remley’s Point in Mount Pleasant, Bushy Park in Goose Creek, or Garris Landing at Cape Romain. You can also come aboard Capt. Shane’s 22’ Ranger in Mount Pleasant to fish farther from shore.
Book your trip today and discover the unique experience of fishing in the skinny water of the Lowcountry!

Had a great trip with Capt. Shane it was cold and the wind was relentless but we put Redfish in the boat. I would defiantly recommend Low Country Lazy and Capt. Shane for a great time on the water here in the Lowcountry of Charleston.

I’ve booked Captain Shane on a few trips now, but this was the most unique experience yet poling the flats and little channels to get to the honey hole! Ended up catching quite a few black drum and reds some hitting over the 10# mark for a great day on the water. If you want a technical true low country experience ask for the 18’ footer boat. Captain Shane will get you in places most others wouldn’t think about going!
