Reel Coquina Key Fishing

6701 34th Street South
St. Petersburg FL, United States

A trip with Reel Coquina Key Fishing is your chance to reel in some of the biggest fish in the Gulf of Mexico! Trips are run by Captain Pablo Koch-Schick, a hard-working and charismatic guide who specializes in fishing for Kingfish and Grouper. Join him in St. Petersburg, Florida and experience the very best these waters have to offer.

The Reel Coquina fishing boat is a 27’ Cape Horn powered by twin 200 HP Yamaha engines. With a maximum cruising speed of 55 knots, this tournament vessel can take you to the fishing grounds in no time. Up to six anglers can enjoy a comfortable ride to the Gulf. On board you will find advanced fishing technology and safety equipment which goes above and beyond regulation. A spacious bathroom ensures that you won’t sacrifice your comfort while fishing offshore.

Depending on your preference, Capt. Pablo will take you fishing anywhere from 10 to 20 miles offshore, and then some. Casting lines near shore is ideal for anglers of any skill level hoping to land a variety of Snappers, small Groupers, Grunts, and Porgies. Heading farther out on a full day trip gives you the chance to target larger Snapper, Grouper, and Hogfish, in addition to pelagic species like Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and “smoker” Kingfish.

Capt. Pablo also caters to avid anglers in search of some extreme fishing. His extended day trip will take you more than 20 miles from shore, where you can bottom fish for trophy sized Snapper and Grouper. You will also troll and flat line for Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Wahoo, and Cobia.

Reel Coquina Key Fishing supplies a license and Penn fishing gear. You are welcome to keep your catch and Capt. Pablo will clean and fillet it for you.

Come aboard today for a trophy sized catch and memories that will last a lifetime!
