Soulwater Charters 850- Gulf Breeze

Shoreline Park
Gulf Breeze FL, United States

Soulwater Charters 850 - Gulf Breeze is an operation with a real soul and passion for fishing in Florida. It is owned and operated by Captain Matthew Miller who was born and raised in Pensacola and who knows these waters like the palm of his hand. He is a firm believer in teaching young people the importance of conservation of fish species and fishing as a sport in order to ensure safe fishery for the future generations. He has fished the major exotic locations like Panama, Costa Rica, the Florida Keys and other super attractive fishing hubs.

You will fish aboard his 23 foot Hydrasport Bay Bolt center console boat, which was built in 2010 and has a capacity for 6 people. It is powered by a 225 HP Yamaha Four Stroke engine with a maximum cruising speed of 38 knots which makes it super efficient and fast on the water. The boat contains a GPS, a VHF radio and an excellent fishfinder ideal for locating the best fishing spots in the warm waters of northern Florida. You will find all the safety equipment onboard so you can have a peace of mind and know that you are on a safe vessel. The flybridge is an excellent tool when you are scouring the water for fish, and a wireless trolling motor will make it super quiet in the shallow waters.

Soulwater Charters 850 fishes from the Shoreline Park Marina in Gulf Breeze and knows the area really well. Captain Matt will take you to the best spots where you can catch species such as Black Drum, Flounder, Gag Grouper, Redfish, Sailfish, Red Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, King and Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper and Spotted Seatrout. Captain Matt can take you inshore or offshore fishing, and is able to teach you many styles like trolling, jigging, drift and kite fishing, light and heavy tackle, bottom fishing, spinning and popping. You will have all the gear including rods, reels, tackle, live bait and lures, a fishing license and a first mate on hand. You will have drinks on board as well.

Member since March 2015
Captain Matthew has lived and fished in Pensacola his whole life. He says he was born to do it that's why he chose it his career. He started running a professional charter service in order to share his love for the fish and fishing as a sport with other like minded people. He loves taking novices out on the water and teaching them anything they want to know.
