Go Fish Costa Rica 26’ Panga provides fishing trips on Costa Rica waters. Fish love this terrain, and once you hit the waves, you’ll see a variety of species. You could be looking for serious angling, or a fun day on the water, either way, come along!
This time, Go Fish Costa Rica will accommodate you on a 26’ Mako center console, built in 2010 and restored in 2015. She can take up to four people, and give them the speeds of up to 27 knots. Whether you decide to go further offshore, or stay closer to the coastline, the boat has navigational equipment to put you on track.
She is rigged with outriggers, an ice box for keeping the catch, stores safety equipment, and has a toilet. Fly anglers are welcome, and will be provided with the gear, or can bring their own if they like.
Go Fish Costa Rica has a number of boats in the fleet, and if you want to see the rest, scroll down and click on the charter operator’s name.
Captain Jose is a great young captain as his complete family are fishermen. If he is not running his own boat, he is on as a mate for his father. He fishes day and night if he has enough clients as he loves his job.
The crew will supply you with rods, reels and tackle. Live bait, lures and the fishing licence are included in the trip, and the crew will clean your catch. They will also bring snacks and drinks. To honor their efforts, please do remember to include gratuities.
You can target Tuna, Grouper, Snapper, Roosterfish, Mahi Mahi, or some of the Billfish. To land them, use heavy or light tackle, do bottom fishing or trolling. There is a lot going on around Costa Rica waters, so why not come along?
