About the Charter Operator

Baja Pirates Of La Paz
La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico
Member since May 2014
Baja Pirates' story begins in the cold, Pacific waters of Sitka, Alaska. Operating a service-oriented fishing business there taught them they had to offer the best product in order to succeed, and in doing so they learnt the most important part of the fishing charter business: making sure that people do not only catch fish, but that they also have a great experience doing it. In 2000 they started to explore other areas to bring their product to, and after having fished all over the Baja peninsula, they chose La Paz thanks to its amazing, varied fishery. Now they own and operate the most numerous and most modern fleet of boats in La Paz and place a great emphasis on providing the best quality equipment and service you can find in the area.

Two of our group haven’t fished much and when we were live bait fishing for snappers they had a hard time using the bait reels, spinning reels would of been a better choice
